Situated in downtown St. Petersburg, 334 / Evo rises 24 stories with 220 stylish residences, inviting retail frontage, and a modern parking podium. Its street-level shops and sweeping urban views forge a vibrant urban landmark. Our contribution was designing a refined building envelope — glazing systems, anchorage strategies, and façade detailing for the whole of this project including all exterior / interior glazings and railings to achieve continuous curvature and uniform performance under hurricane-zone pressures.
