As part of the Dania Pointe master plan, this residential expansion adds 336 luxury units in Phase II, complementing the initial 8-story 264-unit tower from Phase I. Our scope encompassed envelope and façade engineering: glazing and window-wall system detailing, anchor and fastener design, structural coordination, wind-pressure analysis, and shop drawing production. We ensured the design met code standards, performance expectations, and seamless integration with Phase I and adjacent mixed-use elements.
