For this ~9.3-acre senior living campus (127 units across independent, assisted-living, and memory care buildings), we engineered the glazing and façade systems to withstand South Florida’s coastal exposure. Scope included shop drawings, anchorage design, wind-load verifications, and structural compliance coordination. Besides developing the glazing packages for all buildings, railings blockouts were precisely placed to meet the client's requirements to achieve their desired architectural look.
