For this landmark two-tower, 23-story condominium development comprising 332 units and ~1.15 million sq ft of mixed use, we performed the façade and glazing engineering scope. Our deliverables included shop drawings, anchorage and fastener detailing, wind load verifications, structural coordination, and envelope compliance documentation. We supported the integration of commercial, residential, office, and waterfront interface elements, ensuring code conformance and robust performance in the coastal environment.
