This ambitious 43-story mixed-use tower (≈ 670,000 sq ft) is sited along the New River in Las Olas, featuring independent, assisted living, and memory care units, plus retail and parking. It had two major sub-divisions, Riverwalk Boynton and Residences. Carefully laying out the storefront extrusions on each floor was critical to achieve the final design look that qualifies the site specific loads. With tight timelines, our team succesfully completed each submittal with all the straight and curved windows and railings configurations. The building stands tall showcasing our zest for committment, precision and teamwork.
