A 35-story, 408-ft luxury condominium developed by Kolter Urban and designed by SB Architects. Lambda Engineering, through All American Windows, provided full façade and glazing engineering services including shop drawings, wind-load verification, anchor and embedment design, curtain-wall and window-wall analysis, and coordination with structural and architectural teams. Our detailed engineering ensured FBC-compliant performance and seamless façade integration across the tower’s curved and stepped elevations.
