For this large-scale waterfront resort development spanning 22 acres and containing 785 guest rooms (including 189 luxury Sunsuites™), we provided full glazing, façade, and envelope engineering support. Our scope included wind-load design, anchorage and fastener detailing, shop drawings for curtain wall / window systems, coordination with structural and architectural teams, and compliance with coastal design standards.
