This upscale multifamily development comprises ~297 units arranged in a six-story main structure and supplementary villa-style buildings across an 11.5-acre site. Our engineering scope included façade and glazing design: preparing shop drawings, anchor and fastener detailing, wind-load calculations, structural coordination, and envelope performance compliance. We ensured that the architectural style (Mizner-inspired forms, expansive glazing) was realized with technical rigour and code compliance in a South Florida environment.
