This 84-unit low-rise residential development spans 11.52 acres with 14 buildings capped at 42 feet. As part of the envelope and façade engineering scope, we developed shop drawings, glazing and window-wall system coordination, anchor and connection details, and ensured compliance for local wind and structural loads. We worked closely with the GC and the glazing contractor to integrate architectural intent with performance and constructability.
