This 29-story, 380,000+ sq ft high-rise development comprises 252 residential rental units and integrated retail/office components. We achieved the huge spanning storefronts by carefully using the required design elements from the product approvals while adding additional tubes in an optimal way. We developed the glazing shop drawings for the interior as well exterior, for the windows, doors, balcony dividers and the railings.
