Building Information
As part of the SoLé Mia master plan, Villa Laguna is a 6-story residential mid-rise with ~190 units and a 6-story parking garage (≈ 352 spaces). In this project, our scope included full glazing and façade engineering. Shop drawings were done in a way to minimize the material usage by reducing extra mullion tubes, so as to meet the architectural design look while remaining code compliant.
