For this 11-story, 146-ft residential tower of 189 units, our scope included full glazing and storefront engineering, shop drawings, anchor design, and compliance support for impact and wind pressures. We coordinated the retail façade elements, while meeting Miami’s need for durability and performance in a high-density urban setting.
